DUE TO COVID-19 THE 58TH TOM SCOTT MEMORIAL ROAD RACES HAS NOW BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY 4TH APRIL 2021
In light of new advice issued by the Government this afternoon to delay the spread of COVID-19, we have unfortunately taken the decision to postpone our event, originally rescheduled for Saturday, 15th August.
Our event will now take place on Sunday, 4th April 2021.
Those already entered for the event in 2020 now have to option either to defer their entry or to withdraw, with a full refund. All entrants will have received an email with instructions on how to indicate your preference.
We'd like to issue our sincere apologies, we are extremely disappointed but feel this is the responsible decision to make, given the continued severity of the current situation.
We'd like to wish everyone well and encourage everyone to do all that they can to help beat COVID-19.

10am Start on Sunday 4th April 2021
Race Number collection from 8:45am - 9:30am at the Riverside Building (green building) in the Watersports Centre Car Park
Both races start at 10am, athletes will split at just past 3 mile mark

Water Sports Centre, Strathclyde Park, Motherwell, ML1 3ED
MINIMUM AGE
17 and over for 10 mile
13 and over for 6k (ages on day of race)
ENTRY FEES
10 Mile: £12 (£14 non Scottish Athletics members)
6k: £10 (£12 for non Scottish Athletics members)

The 58th Tom Scott Memorial Road Races will once again see hundreds from far and wide travel to Strathclyde Park to take part in one of two races, the 10 Mile Championship race and the Round the Loch 6k.
The 10 Mile race plays as host to the Scottish 10 Mile Championships and West District 10 Mile Championships, guaranteeing one of Scottish distance running's best fields.
The Round the Loch 6k attracts athletes of all abilities - a great run for those who prefer shorter distances!
Continuing in 2020, we are pleased to confirm we now include a category for non-binary athletes, meaning athletes can enter and run under this category.
